Requests for assistance by clients with a valid maintenance support Agreement (MSA) can be logged by telephone, fax or e-mail for a rapid response during support office hours.
These are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (excluding public bank holidays) - outside of these hours support requests are normally dealt with within a 24 hour period.
